The Business Growth Institute is designed for IECA Professional members with 5+ years of IEC experience who have reached their maximum caseload and are looking to expand their businesses. Solopreneurs can gain strategies to clarify business goals, optimize efficiency, and plan for the future. For those looking to grow further, the Institute explores hiring staff, working with contractors, and managing a team effectively.

Participants receive a certificate of completion at the Institute's conclusion.
